Suggest ceding the territoryIt is only half of Musandam, you will retain some access to the Strait, and you will avoid any further confrontation with your wealthier, powerful neighbor.
Invite the UAE to another diplomatic meetingWith allies committed to your defense, this is a good time to try again to end the conflict peacefully.
Send troops to strengthen the borderStation them between Musandam and the UAE. Warn the UAE that territorial aggression will not be tolerated and demand that the UAE back down or risk facing the combined military might of Oman and its allies.
